Master’s Program Assistant / Student Affairs Coordinator (20 hrs/week)
Since 2021, Teach For Armenia has been implementing the “Teacher Leadership” Master’s Program in partnership with Yerevan State University’s Center for Pedagogy and Educational Development. The Student Affairs Coordinator supports master’s students throughout their studies by coordinating academic, organizational, and communication-related needs, ensuring smooth operations and consistent stakeholder engagement.

HR Administrative Specialist (Part-time)
The HR Administrative Specialist supports the Human Resources team by managing personnel documentation and records, maintaining HR databases and files, coordinating interviews and meetings, and providing administrative support for recruitment and onboarding processes. This is a part-time role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Program Development Manager
Teach For Armenia is an educational foundation that fights educational inequity by creating equal opportunities for all children and developing a comprehensive ecosystem of educational programs. The Learning Design Department is the foundation's ideological center; it is responsible for designing and improving the content of our core programs, including the Teacher Leadership Program, "Serund," Master's degree, and other educational initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Learning Design, the Program Development Manager leads a team of subject matter experts, creating high-quality educational materials and tools that help Teacher-Leaders prepare for voluntary state certification and create transformative learning environments in various communities across Armenia.
